About Us

Creekside Care & Consulting, LLC staff have worked in mental health for 27 years. Our mental health professionals have been licensed  with over 20 years of mental health experience.  We provide a non-judgmental approach in therapy, utilizing evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma and Crisis Intervention, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) trained, Solution-Focused therapy, Stress Management, Mood Management as well as Empowerment to increase one's self-worth, Mind/body connection and Work life/balance integration.  Our professional goal is to empower others to address and overcome current life challenges by gaining insight and awareness while building self-esteem, increasing confidence and creating a sense of well-being.

 

We are passionate and committed to the ongoing work of equipping our clients with appropriate tools for effective and immediate relief which requires interactive sessions, immediate feedback, and focused tasks provided in-between sessions.

It is our professional desire to leverage our extensive experience in mental health counseling to provide compassionate care, fostering a supportive environment for clients to achieve their mental health goals. Additionally, to collaborate with community organizations to address mental health concerns, including trauma, and promote an overall well-being within the community.

 

We would be happy to provide a phone consultation to determine if one of our mental health professionals would be a good fit for you or to provide more information to other community resources. We are available for weekday evenings and weekend PRN appointments.

Supervision Services

Board Approved Clinical supervisor with AR Board of Examiners in Counseling.
